As the Chief Morale Officer at our Galesburg location, Oliver supports the LIO mission by activating smiles and enabling a warm, stress-free environment for our team. He takes ‘Owning It’ to heart—whether he’s ringing his bell to coordinate an outdoor break or claiming the best patch of sunlight in the office. When he isn’t busy supervising daily garbage removal, Oliver loves spending quality time ‘sawing logs’ under any blanket he can find. He is a firm believer that the best partnerships start with a chin scratch and a little bit of whatever you are having.
